Meet the team

Dr Jesal Savania is an associate dentist at Uppingham & Kibworth Dental practices . Jesal was born in Leicester and grew up in Loughborough. In 2007 Jesal accepted an offer to study in the sunny town of Dundee, Scotland.

Jesal enjoys and deals with most areas of general dentistry, but has a keen interest in Root Canal Treatments, he enjoys them so much that he is currently undertaking a 3 year masters degree (Endodontics MSc) in Root Canal Treatments.

Jes has already gained part one of the prestigious MJDF (Diploma of Membership of the Joint Dental Faculties of the Royal College of Surgeons England) qualification and is currently studying for part two. Jesal also enjoys many other aspects of dentistry especially white fillings, veneers, crowns and teeth whitening.

Jesal has had especially good results with anxious patients using his calm nature, excellent listening and communications skills, this makes our nervous patients look forward to their appointments with him.

In Jesal’s spare time, he enjoys playing badminton, squash and has recently joined a harmless target shooting club in Kibworth. Jesal also loves his gadgets but recently he has found a hobby for his tropical fishes at home which he has beautifully decorated and maintains.

Jesal will aim provide his patients with the up most quality and care for Uppingham & Kibworth patients and looks forward to seeing you soon.

Raj Pancholi is one of the senior clinicians at the Uppingham And Kibworth Dental Practices.

Raj qualified in dentistry from Kings College London. He then engaged in a broad range of hospital posts in oral surgery, maxillofacial surgery, orthodontics and also general practice. This was followed by undertaking further postgraduate studies in New York. Raj then completed an MSc postgraduate programme in orthodontics at the internationally distinguished Warwick Medical School. Raj has kept up to date with all modern orthodontic advancements including Invisalign, Damon, Fastbraces to name a few.

Raj is married and has two teenage boys and two dogs and is involved with his three charities which include mental health care, providing water in developing countries, and delivering eye care where needed.

Minesh has been a local practitioner in Leicestershire since 1991. He has worked in, and owned both NHS and private practices. He has been a VT trainer in previous years and has a keen interest in continuing post graduate development through coaching and courses. Minesh is a very approachable person and has a good rapport all dental colleagues. He has been associated with the LDC for the last 19 years allowing him to be involved with the changing face of dentistry through Area Teams, GDC, HTM01-05 and CQC.

Minesh has a keen interest in Restorative dentistry, and offer implants, Crowns, Bridges as part of his treatment options.

Minesh is married with a son and daughter who keep him busy, they all enjoy travelling.
