Experiencing toothache is bad at the best of times but dental trauma as a result of an accident or injury can have long term effects on both the cosmetic appearance of your teeth and mouth and also your general health and well-being, if the trauma is not addressed effectively and promptly. If you are abroad and suffer dental trauma it can also be very expensive and stressful.

Emergency insurance cover gives you the peace of mind knowing that pain relief is forthcoming wherever you are in the world and that many of the financial aspects of the trauma are taken care of.
Emergency insurance is incorporated into the payment plans offered by Kibworth and Uppingham Dental Practice. Also offered as a stand alone policy for an annual fee of £34.50, emergency insurance covers worldwide dental trauma and emergency call out. Additionally, every policy holder will receive a 20% reduction on all treatments conducted and 10% discount on all products sold at the practice.
For emergency call out, the insurance covers emergency pain relief worldwide. Any costs incurred by you in this respect are reimbursed by the insurer on the presentation of a receipt to Kibworth and Uppingham Dental Practice. Although call out charges and pain relief are covered, any necessary restorative dental work required is not.

Dental trauma, sustained through an accident, is covered by the policy and any stay in hospital as a result of the trauma is compensated. Compensation will also be provided in the event of permanent disfigurement, on the face or neck, as a result of dental trauma.
A payment is made by the insurers on the diagnosis of oral cancer.
Redundancy protection is offered by the insurers, where the costs of practice plan payments are met for up to one year if made redundant.
Please note that redundancy cover is only offered as part of a Kibworth and Uppingham Dental Practice payment plan.
